2018 INCOMING FRESHMAN - PLAYER AND PARENT - TO DO LIST
1 - GET FAMILIAR WITH www.DHFOOTBALL.com. Review all pages and review the Calendar for June and July for important dates, events, and practices times.
2 - PLAYER REGISTRATION. Go to www.DHFOOTBALL.com/Registration to sign-up with the program. You will then be placed on our list to receive 12th Man Weekly Update emails and receive other important information via email.
ALL PLAYERS must register through this on-line registration process. Follow the links and instructions to complete your player's registration process.
3 - ATHLETIC PHYSICALS. Go to www.DHFOOTBALL.com/Players and click on ATHLETIC PHYSICALS Link.
Follow all directions. Complete all online documentation and have your doctor complete all required paperwork. FORM SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS JUNE 6th, 2018
4 - PURCHASE YOUR PLAYER SPIRIT PACK AND PARENT BOOSTER WEAR. Go to www.DHFootball.com after June 8th to purchase your players practice clothing for the season. Also shop for Dana Hills Football spirit wear for parents, grandparents, neighbors, friends, etc. We have a great selection of Dana Hills Football apparel to choose from. 6 - VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. There are several opportunities to volunteer with the program. Check out www.DHFOOTBALL.com/Volunteers on a regular basis for updated volunteer opportunities. Freshman parents and players are asked to work Snack Bar during Varsity games.
7 - SIGH UP FOR OUR SOCIAL MEDIA FEEDS. Go to www.DHFOOTBALL.com and scroll all the way down on the HOME page. All of our social media feeds links are there for you to use.
8 - STARTING EATING RIGHT. Go to www.DHFOOTBALL.com/Nutrition and download the Evolution Nutrition 4500 calorie diet plan. Players, eat well, sleep well, play well.

Hi Coach Skinner,
I wanted to reach out and say thank you for a great day of Dolphin Football! You and your coaching staff ran an awesome practice/ clinic. Also, I was extremely impressed with your current players being leaders of engagement and encouragement with the middle school players being introduced to the Dana Hills program. That is a perfect staple of your football program following you and your coaching staff’s leadership and high character.
Additionally, it was a great pleasure meeting and speaking with you post practice. "Player" thoroughly enjoyed his first day with the “family” and wanted to stay for more football. As you know, we went up to see Cory and few other baseball players post football practice. I had a chance to speak with (Cory’s mom and a friend of mine since high school) and one of the first things she said about you and the football program was that it was a “family”. What a great testament to you and the foundation of the program. "Player" was totally excited and already talking about next week Saturday as well as playing for you and Dana Hills HS.
